The role

As a Technical Analyst, you will provide technical analysis and guidance across the full lifecycle of software solutions. You will work closely with engineers, delivery leads and business stakeholders to ensure technology choices are practical, well understood and support stable customer services.

This is a senior individual contributor role, focused on quality technical thinking, collaboration and improving how we deliver.

What you will do

You will:

• Lead the analysis and design of software solutions, translating business and customer needs into clear technical direction
• Guide technology and design decisions to ensure solutions are reliable, secure and sustainable
• Contribute hands‑on expertise across delivery, testing and support to maintain continuity of service
• Provide informed advice on technical options and trade‑offs, balancing customer impact, risk and long term support
• Mentor others and share good analysis and design practices across teams
• Work closely with a wide range of technology and business partners to ensure solutions are well understood and supported

What you will bring

You will have:

• Strong experience in technical analysis, solution design and software delivery within complex environments
• A solid understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with confidence working through ambiguity
• Experience influencing outcomes through expertise and collaboration
• A customer focused mindset and awareness of how technology decisions affect service and experience
