About the Role

We are searching for a dynamic Administrator Team Leader ready to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will lead a highperforming team, bringing energy, precision, and a clear sense of purpose to every challenge. You will work confidently with data, transforming complex information into insights that influence decisions and drive improvement. You are the kind of person who brings energy, focus and pride to everything you do. You love leading a team and know how to bring out the best in people while keeping the service running smoothly. When challenges pop up, you are the one who steps in to solve operational issues and keep things moving. Accuracy matters to you you naturally champion data quality and spot opportunities to improve systems and close service gaps. You enjoy shaping better ways of working and play a key role in enhancing admin functions across the Maternity Service. You are confident producing clear, meaningful reports, and you take real pride in training and coaching your team to succeed. You lead by example, set high standards, and are not afraid to step in and support wherever needed. You are organised, proactive and ready to take ownership of processes to consistently meet booking, admissions, discharges, referral and scheduling timeframes. You are confident partnering with the BadgerNet Coordinator to keep quality checks tight and errors under control.
