Team Assistant Research and Development - part-time (F/M)

Responsibilities

• Administration of time tracking, vacation/leave requests, and vacation schedules in Interflex, including preparation of related reports
• Management of the department's administrative records and documentation
• Organization of meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other department-specific events
• Management of office supply orders, purchase requests in SAP, goods receipt, and inventory monitoring
• Coordination of logistics for new employees and internal/external business trips, including preparation of travel documentation and expense reports
• Ensuring effective communication with internal departments and external partners, while keeping the team informed about changes to rules, policies, and procedures
• Supporting the implementation of Environmental, MVP, and 5S requirements within the department, including conducting audits and tracking agreed actions

Candidate profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics or a related field. Students in their 2nd or 3rd year of study are also encouraged to apply, provided they are available for a part-time schedule
• Category B driving license – mandatory
• Previous experience in an administrative or organizational role is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of SAP and Interflex is an advantage
• English language skills at a conversational level (German language skills are considered an advantage)
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Dynamic, creative, proactive person with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
