Teaching Assistant - Required Tagalog Speaker (Female candidates)

Job Summary:
Provide one-to-one academic, social, and behavioral support to students, helping them access learning, participate in school activities, and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual learning goals and classroom activities.
• Implement IEPs and agreed learning/support strategies.
• Encourage student confidence, communication, and independence.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Work closely with teachers, SEN/Inclusion staff, parents, and specialists.
• Promote positive behavior and student wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety, and school policies.

Qualifications \& Skills:

• Relevant education/SEN qualification or experience preferred.
• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Tagalog Speaker

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
