Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Prepare beverages according to HEYTEA’s recipes and quality standards.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take orders, handle payments and operate the POS system.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Prepare ingredients, replenish supplies and monitor stock levels.
Ensure proper ingredient storage, freshness and minimise wastage.
Assist with daily store opening and closing duties.
Support promotions, new product launches and sales targets.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
