TALENT SPECIALIST CLERICAL IV

DUBLIN BASED ST VINCENTS CENTRE NAVAN ROAD, DUBLIN 7

PERMANENT FULL-TIME \& 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

(35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: 36,470- 56,018 (LSI*)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience*

This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.

Essential:

• Two Years experience in a relevant administrative role and at least one years experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition or similar role
• Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing high volumes of recruitment activity
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
• Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
• Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative

Desirable:

• Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, onboarding standards and vetting requirements
• Evidence of continuous professional development
