About the role
The Photo Desk and Systems Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of Tennis Australia’s (TA) Photography Program, ensuring consistent, high quality photographic coverage across all TA events, programs and activities throughout the year.
The role manages the strategic planning, briefing, commissioning and delivery of photography to support PR, editorial, marketing, commercial and archival needs. It oversees the accurate editing, captioning, filing and distribution of images, while maintaining and growing the TA Photo Archive to ensure content is easily accessible for all stakeholders.
A key component of the role is building and managing strong relationships with industry leading freelance photographers and editors, ensuring TA engages top tier talent across the AO and Summer of Tennis and a broad range of year-round events, initiatives and campaigns nationwide.
The Photo Desk \& Systems Manager ensures all photographic outputs align with Tennis Australia’s brand standards and supports compelling storytelling, media coverage and commercial objectives across the organisation.
