Job Summary
Support all execution needs in System Stress Lab, including hardware setup, test system setup, hardware debug/ inventory management.
Essential Duties \& Responsibilities
1.Platform Testing \& Setup
- Set up and configure platforms for comprehensive stress testing procedures.
- Equipment including PCs, equipment racks, cabling, liquid cooling systems and any other specified items.
- Measurement tools including multimeters, temperature probes, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other data acquisition hardware.
- Execute stress test protocols according to established procedures and specifications.
- Monitor test progress and perform basic platform debugging and troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Report any quality incidents observed during execution into Process Trouble Report (PTR) system to ensure continuous improvement in lab processes.
2. Inventory Management
- Manage both High Value Inventory (HVI) and platform hardware including tracking, documentation, and security protocols.
- Support shipping \& receiving lab equipment and test hardware (from lab to logistic).
- Maintain accurate records of all platform parts and components.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive equipment and components.
3.Laboratory Operations
- Maintain clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as required.
- Support lab equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on test requirements and procedures.
Key Qualifications \& Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or technical field.
- Skills and competencies in PC assembly, hardware troubleshooting.
- 4 years' experience in PC platform related work or relevant work experience.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in shift type when the requirement arises [Default shift hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM].
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
