Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• Standard business hours
• On-site role in Oman
• Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical system maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
• Monitor backups and disaster recovery processes
• Support cloud-based and on-premises systems
• Manage firewalls, antivirus software, and security tools
• Maintain IT documentation and system records
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
• Provide technical support to internal users
• Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and system efficiency

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Experience managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, AWS, or similar are an advantage but not required
