Supply Chain Operations Specialist (1 Year Contract)

We’re thrilled to announce the opening for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist (1-year contract) . You will support inbound and outbound shipments, customs documentation, 3PL coordination, inventory management and monthly closing activities. You will also maintain item data in SAP B1 and provide operational support for the Duty Free business, helping ensure accurate inventory and the timely flow of products.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

Logistics for inbound/outbound shipment

• Check shipment status and prepare shipping documents to clear customs
• Notify incoming shipment to 3PL warehouse and custms agency in a time manner
• Review the duty and tax estimation and actuals weekly basis
• Update In-transit stock upon receipt of shipping docs from MHAP
• Arrange outbound shipment with relevant parties (shipping documents, shipping schedule, etc.)

Inventory management

• Manage the storage period of bonded warehouse for each the B/L and cargo
• Create daily report of stock availability for Duty Paid and Duty Free
• Reconcile the inventory between SAP B1 and WMS.
• Report incident when there is any damages found

Item master management

• New FG/POSM code creation and management in ERP (SAP B1, eWorkflow, Powerapps, etc.)
• Local POSM purchase order creation
• Inventory revaluation and adjustment in SAP B1

Monthly closing

• Inventory ending balance reconciliation
• Preparation of intercompany invoice \& vendor payment voucher
• Item master maintanance
• Confirm transit for current in-transit stock with regional office

Duty Free business support

• Shipping documents preparation

Ad-hoc

• Support to supply chain manager and team project upon request
• Willingness to learn new tasks within supply chain and broader organization

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant supply chain experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
• Experience in Liquor, F\&B, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in Supply chain/Customer service
• Fluent in Korean and English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Attention to detail
• Energetic, collaborative, and decisive
• Works well under pressure
• Problem solver and can research tasks
• Confidently manages multiple relationships and tasks on time.
