Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical, lubricant, or oil field industry and possess excellent planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics expertise.
Arabic nationals are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Analyze supply chain performance and prepare management reports and KPIs.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Mandatory experience in Chemical Manufacturing, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, or Oil \& Gas industries.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, import/export procedures, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Valid GCC driving license will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate

- Experience working in the GCC region.
- Strong network within the chemical, lubricant, or oil \& gas supply chain sector.
