Youth Revisited is a premium UK health and diagnostics brand. We specialise in at-home and clinic-based blood testing and health screening, delivered through a modern, tech-enabled platform designed around trust, clinical credibility and an exceptional patient experience.

We are now extending our services into regulated online pharmacy provision — beginning with clinically governed Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), delivered off the back of our diagnostics: test, assess, treat and monitor. We are building the clinical leadership and governance to support this from the ground up.

## The Role

We are seeking a GPhC-registered Superintendent Pharmacist to take professional responsibility for our pharmacy operation. This is a senior leadership role: you will own clinical governance, regulatory compliance and the safe, effective delivery of pharmacy services across our distance-selling model.

You will be central to shaping how we operate — setting standards, building procedures and ensuring everything we do meets and exceeds GPhC requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

- Act as Superintendent Pharmacist, holding professional and legal responsibility for the pharmacy

- Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to distance selling

- Lead clinical governance, patient safety and quality management

- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards, the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and relevant data protection law

- Oversee safe and appropriate supply of medicines, including robust patient verification and consultation processes

- Provide clinical governance over our TRT and HRT pathways, including controlled-drug handling, prescribing oversight and patient monitoring

- Support the GPhC registration and inspection process

- Work with the Director and clinical team to scale services responsibly

## Requirements

- Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), in good standing

- Eligible and willing to act as a Superintendent Pharmacist

- Strong working knowledge of distance-selling / online pharmacy regulation and current GPhC guidance

- Experience in clinical governance and SOP development (desirable)

- Experience with TRT, HRT or men’s/women’s health services (desirable)

- High standards, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to patient safety

- Comfortable in a growing, fast-moving business

Pay: £37,098.90-£65,400.34 per year
