At Venture Photography, we specialise in contemporary, story led portrait photography. Our studios create meaningful and creative photography experiences designed to capture genuine emotion and connection. From pregnancy and newborn sessions to family portraits, children, couples and even pets, every shoot is personal, relaxed and fun.

We pride ourselves on producing stunning artwork that families treasure for years to come. Our studio environment is energetic, creative and people focused. No two days are ever the same.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and people oriented individual to join our studio as a Photography and Viewer Consultant.

This is a varied dual role where you will be responsible for both photography and client viewing appointments.

Photography Responsibilities

* Lead creative portrait sessions in our studio

* Photograph newborns, maternity sessions, children, families, couples and pets

* Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for every client

* Use lighting, posing and storytelling to capture beautiful and natural images

* Prepare images ready for cinematic viewing appointments

Viewer Consultant Responsibilities

* Host cinematic viewing sessions with clients

* Guide families through their images and help them choose their favourite artwork

* Offer expert advice on wall art, albums and bespoke framed pieces

* Deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience from shoot to sale

This is a client facing and performance driven role where confidence, warmth and energy are essential.

You do not need formal photography qualifications. What matters most is passion and personality.

* Are confident behind the camera and willing to learn our creative style

* Have a natural ability to connect with people of all ages

* Are comfortable directing and posing clients

* Enjoy working in a fast paced and creative environment

You must be available to work weekdays and one weekend day per week, as weekends are peak studio times.
