Job Title: Studio Administrative Coordinator (100% On-Site)

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Daily Operational Focus:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate daily booking schedules and session blocks for lead portrait photographers.
- Client Intake: Process incoming service inquiries, verify reservation contracts, and confirm appointment details via corporate email.
- Information Input: Systematically log customer data, package selections, and payment receipts into the studio’s internal portal.
- File Management: Download, sort, and back up digital photography proofs and high-res archives into designated cloud storage folders.
- Front Office Flow: Keep physical filing systems updated and assist with basic operational paperwork at the Hamilton corporate center.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling administrative tasks, front-desk reception, or document entry in a professional office setting.
- Solid computer baseline, including practical navigation of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and digital file structures.
- High level of attention to accuracy when tracking names, dates, and order numbers.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills for professional workplace teamwork.
- Ability to commute reliably to our office at 21 King Street West for every scheduled shift.
- Current status to legally work in Canada is required.
