SheFighter Toronto is looking for a creative and energetic student who loves filming, editing, and creating short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.

This is a membership exchange opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience creating content for a growing Toronto fitness, martial arts, and women’s empowerment brand — while receiving a SheFighter membership in exchange for their work.

What You'll Do

Your main focus will be creating engaging Reels and TikToks that showcase the energy, people, and community at SheFighter.

• Film short-form videos during classes, events, and activities
• Create and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks
• Edit videos into engaging, trend-focused short-form content
• Come up with creative Reel/TikTok ideas and content concepts
• Capture classes, trainers, members, challenges, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Take high-quality photos and videos for social media
• Help maintain a consistent content schedule
• Keep up with current Instagram and TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and editing styles
• Work with the SheFighter team to create content that reflects our brand and community

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and genuinely enjoys making content.

You should:

• Have experience filming and editing Reels/TikToks
• Be comfortable filming people in a busy studio environment
• Have a good-quality smartphone/camera capable of capturing high-quality video
• Know how to create engaging short-form videos that feel natural and authentic
• Be familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends
• Have experience using video editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
• Have a good eye for framing, lighting, transitions, and storytelling
• Be reliable and able to regularly visit our Downtown Toronto studio
• Be interested in fitness, martial arts, women's empowerment, or community-building

You don't need to be a professional videographer. We are looking for someone who already enjoys creating content and has a strong sense of what makes a Reel or TikTok engaging.
