Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, BIM coordination, technical documentation, and construction support for a wide range of building projects. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in reinforced concrete and steel structure design, along with hands-on experience in industry-standard software and Dubai authority regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Structural Analysis \& Design: Perform advanced analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures using CSI ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and PROKON.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive structural calculations, technical reports, and specifications in full compliance with Dubai Building Codes (DM, Trakhees, DDA) and international standards (ASCE, ACI).
• BIM \& Drafting: Develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and produce detailed 2D construction documents via AutoCAD.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with Architectural and MEP teams to perform Clash Detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment to ensure seamless project execution.
• Site Support: Conduct on-call site inspections to provide technical guidance during critical construction phases and ensure work aligns with approved structural drawings.

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in structural design and BIM coordination.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design principles.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Dubai authority regulations and international codes such as ASCE and ACI.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
