We're looking for self-driven, high-potential individuals — regardless of industry background — to help shape the future of the supply chain across Asia. This is an early-career role for people who want to build serious depth fast: you'll get direct exposure to senior stakeholders, real ownership over ambiguous problems, and the chance to see your recommendations translate into action within months, not years. The stiff competition and unique operating environment in each market make this a highly challenging and fulfilling role for someone who wants to be stretched.
Job Description:
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current supply chain / operations processes, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimise operational performance
- Conduct in-depth market research and hands-on data analysis (e.g. modelling, regression, scenario planning) to derive strategic business planning initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — Product, Business, Operations — to analyse performance trends, test hypotheses, and help shape go-to-market strategies
- Support alignment of business priorities with stakeholders and senior leaders to develop overall business strategy and well-defined operational objectives, including preparing materials for leadership-level discussions
- Translate operational objectives into concrete action plans with specific next steps, and drive implementation on the ground
- Monitor and evaluate performance consistently during and after implementation, identifying areas of improvement and refining strategy accordingly
- Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects from problem definition through to execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, public policy/public service, supply chain, e-commerce, tech, or another high-performing environment — we're open to candidates from any industry, provided you have a genuine passion for solving hard problems and a hands-on, get-it-done mentality
- A track record of taking on responsibility beyond your years — whether through fast-tracked career progression, scholarship/leadership programmes, or being trusted with high-stakes or ambiguous work early on
- Demonstrated ability to develop practical, actionable plans that translate into real business outcomes, not just recommendations on paper
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability — comfortable working with data to observe trends and patterns, and using them to guide decision-making
- Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with detail-oriented, on-the-ground execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience communicating to and influencing senior audiences
- Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment; comfortable with ambiguity and first-principles problem-solving
