Storekeeper

We are currently seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to join our team at Core Metal Expansion Factory LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling store inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting smooth material handling operations within the factory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Storekeeper – Roles and Responsibilities

• Material Receiving \& System Entry
• Receive all incoming materials.
• Physical counting and ensure accurate system entry.
• Daily Delivery Scheduling
• Arrange the daily delivery schedule based on sales orders.
• Physical counting and system entry.
• Export Order Handling
• Arrange materials on pallets.
• Physical verification and coordinate Transport team and loading for all export sales orders.
• Driver Coordination \& Document Collection
• Arrange drivers for various operational needs.
• Coordinate with Accounts Department for document collection from Head Office (HO).
• Scrap Sales Monitoring
• Physically monitor scrap sales and entry in the system.
• Monthly Stock Taking
• Conduct monthly stock for all materials and consumable items.
• In case of shortages, coordinate with the Purchase Department.
• Coordinate with the Production team.
• Purchase Entry \& Posting
• Ensure timely and accurate entry and posting of purchase data in the system (GRN) .
• Delivery Scheduling
• Manage and update delivery schedules in coordination with sales departments \& GM
• Coordinate with the sales team for the prompt deliveries to various projects in line with their site requirements…
• Ensuring the delivery orders and invoices are promptly processed….
• Managing raw materials and finished products

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
