Store Manager

We're on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and people-focused Store Manager to lead the team.

This is your chance to lead from the front and create the kind of café experience that keeps guests coming back. You'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the store—keeping operations running smoothly, inspiring your team to be their best, and bringing the Andonis brand to life through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run the day-to-day café operations and keep things moving.
• Lead, train and support the FOH team.
• Build a fun, positive team that works well together.
• Create rosters that work for the team and the business.
• Keep on top of service, presentation, cleanliness and café standards.
• Work closely with the Head Cook to keep the kitchen and FOH working together.
• Jump in and lead from the front when things get busy.
• Look after customers and make sure they leave happy.
• Keep an eye on stock, food safety and the little things that keep the café running well.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
