Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stone Mason to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, installing, and restoring stonework that enhances the aesthetic and structural integrity of various projects. Whether working on new builds, renovations, or restoration efforts, your expertise in masonry techniques will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Duties

• Construct and install stonework including walls, facades, fireplaces, and decorative features using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret sketches, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of designs.
• Prepare surfaces by applying plastering, caulking, or stucco as needed for finishing touches.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to transport materials on construction sites.
• Install rebar reinforcement and perform concrete forming to create durable structures.
• Execute restoration projects by repairing existing stonework and integrating new materials seamlessly.
• Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
• Also do general softscaping on the sames jobs like mulch and planting plants

Qualifications

• Proven experience in masonry construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing, tile laying, metal stud framing, and framing carpentry techniques.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to stone masonry.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations.
• Experience with renovation work including stucco application, restoration techniques, and roofing integration.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards. Pay: $240.00 - $400.00 per day

Work Location: In person
