Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance. Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management in line with policy guidelines. Ensure payroll and benefits operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries and ensure smooth process execution. Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies, addressing routine and escalated queries. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry practices impacting payroll and benefits administration.Qualifications
