The Data \& Insights (D\&I) team transforms data into actionable insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization experimentation and analytics; partnering across teams to improve decisions and create more meaningful player experiences.

The Sr. Product Manager will report to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define and improve the vision for AI-powered insights platforms, partnering with us to support data-driven improvements across multiple teams.
  • You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics partners to build and deliver AI/ML solutions that increase our ability to make informed decisions.
  • You will gather and prioritize product requirements by using customer feedback, product usage data, and experimentation to identify new opportunities for us.
  • You will evaluate new AI tools and technologies, helping us make build vs. buy decisions and align our AI product strategy with broader data and platform initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with AI/ML or analytics platforms in gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams to launch AI-powered products such as predictive analytics or decision-support tools.
  • Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements using customer feedback, product usage data, and experimentation to improve products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus

  • Experience with agentic systems, decision intelligence, or AI-driven automation workflows
  • Familiarity with modern data transformation tools (e.g., DBT or Alation)
  • Experience with gaming and live service analytics
  • Background in GenAI / LLM-based applications and conversational analytics
  • Experience building or scaling AI platforms in enterprise environments

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$122,300 - $170,700 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
