As the Senior Manager, OMP Integration and Data Analytics, you will serve as the program-level technical and strategic lead for OMP enhancements. Working closely with the Product Owner, OMP SMEs, and Scrum Master, you will own the integration architecture between OMP and other tools like SAP, Aera, Power BI. You will drive enterprise-wide stakeholder alignment, and oversee the analytics and value measurement capabilities that demonstrate business impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, KHC IT, OMP, KHC Finance, and our Center of Excellence. You will help manage the OMP vendor relationship, participate in integration design decisions, and serve as a senior voice on what risks exist, and how to mitigate them. You will also oversee the data and analytics infrastructure that connects to OMP — including Snowflake SQL, Power BI, and AI-assisted analysis — that enables the team to measure value, surface insights, and inform prioritization. Post-implementation, you are accountable for demonstrating that enhancements delivered expected business value. As the senior leader on an Agile team, you will set the tone for how the program operates — driving prioritization decisions, removing blockers, and ensuring the team delivers against KPIs. You will bring a solutions-oriented mindset and use Agile tools such as Jira to manage the backlog and track delivery progress. Job Description
