Long Description Job Summary
The Sr. Recruitment Officer plays a key role in driving manpower planning and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent. The role focuses on optimizing sourcing channels, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business hiring needs.
Job Responsibilities
Manpower planning and the development of recruitment strategies
Manage high-volume hiring across the Recruitment Management System and external job boards
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisorLiaise with and manage external recruitment agencies for mass hiring requirements
Coordinate interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates
Oversee end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling and on-the-day coordination
Prepare and issue offer lettersManage candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the organization
Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely reports
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in Kuwaitization programs is considered an added advantage.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and project management capabilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an efficient working style
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
Proficient in modern sourcing techniques, including Eurostaffs and social media platforms
Education Bachelor’s Degree
