Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience to work at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and transformation initiatives, while supporting strategic decision-making and financial performance improvement across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the oil and gas industry

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, asset management, financial risk management, and value assurance

Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, and performance improvement projects

Ability to develop and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and financial governance frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic recommendations

Experience in business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred

Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or EFQM Assessor are preferred

Advanced degrees such as MBA, MS in Finance, or MS in Accounting are considered an advantage

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in developing training materials and delivering workshops or coaching sessions is preferred
