Job Description

HR Processes and Employee Life Cycle · Deliver HR processes related to the employee life cycle within the assigned scope (specific stream or market) · Ensure HR activities are completed accurately and on time in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) · Make sure all activities comply with HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines · Identify and escalate situations where processes or policies are not being followed · Adhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements Employee Support \& Case Management · Respond to employee inquiries received via email, HR ticketing tools, Workday, phone and chat · Provide courteous, professional, and reliable support throughout every interaction · Manage and resolve HR cases using HR systems provided by the client.

Process Improvement and Documentation · Create, update, and maintain clear and user-friendly process documentation (SOPs, instructions, templates) · Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and actively contribute to improvement initiatives · Analyze root causes of issues and propose solutions that prevent them from reoccurring
