Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions using traditional reporting and emerging AI platforms.
Deliver scalable, accurate, user-friendly reporting that supports performance monitoring, operational visibility, and self-serve insights.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.
Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, quality assurance, and data accuracy for reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Identify and apply data governance, reconciliation, and documentation practices to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. Support audits and compliance inquiries.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved design, and continuous learning.
Contribute to defining and delivering the enterprise data strategy.
Define and implement data models aligned to enterprise standards; maintain data architecture documentation.
Monitor pipelines and resolve data issues; perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Education / Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics engineering. Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Strong analytical, data modelling, and data visualization skills.
Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for business users.
Ability to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, including translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting findings clearly.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
