Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions using traditional reporting and emerging AI platforms.

  • Deliver scalable, accurate, user-friendly reporting that supports performance monitoring, operational visibility, and self-serve insights.

  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.

  • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholder audiences.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, quality assurance, and data accuracy for reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Identify and apply data governance, reconciliation, and documentation practices to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. Support audits and compliance inquiries.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved design, and continuous learning.

  • Contribute to defining and delivering the enterprise data strategy.

  • Define and implement data models aligned to enterprise standards; maintain data architecture documentation.

  • Monitor pipelines and resolve data issues; perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science, Data Analytics/Data Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics engineering. Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Strong analytical, data modelling, and data visualization skills.

  • Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for business users.

  • Ability to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills, including translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting findings clearly.

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
