Positions Available

Spray Foam Helper

No spray foam experience required.

Helpers work alongside experienced installers and learn the spray foam trade while assisting with:

• Jobsite preparation

• Equipment setup and breakdown

• Masking and protection of work areas

• Material handling

• Cleanup and jobsite organization

• Supporting installers throughout the project

Spray Foam Installer

Experienced installers are responsible for safely and efficiently installing open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating spray foam equipment

• Applying foam to manufacturer specifications

• Maintaining quality and production standards

• Communicating professionally with customers and builders

• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Lead Sprayer / Rig Leader

Experienced professionals capable of leading a crew and managing projects from start to finish are encouraged to apply.

Lead Sprayers are responsible for:

• Managing daily jobsite operations

• Leading crew members

• Operating and maintaining spray foam equipment

• Ensuring quality control

• Coordinating with builders, homeowners, and project managers

• Maintaining production and safety standards

• Training and developing helpers and installers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance

• Positive attitude

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and construction environments

• Ability to lift materials and equipment

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Construction experience is a plus

• Spray foam experience is highly valued but not required

• Valid driver’s license preferred
