Job Description

Total Fit Therapy is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sports Therapists or Physiotherapists to join our team on a self-employed basis, supporting the football teams we work with throughout the upcoming season.

This role is ideal for therapists looking to gain regular hands-on experience within football while developing their confidence in injury assessment, rehabilitation, player management, and matchday medical provision. Graduates and students are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will become an important part of the club environment, acting as the first point of contact for injured players and supporting managers and coaching staff throughout the season. You will be expected to take ownership of player welfare, provide injury advice, assist with rehabilitation planning, and confidently support matchday and training operations.

Pre-season is commencing shortly, and we are looking to recruit as soon as possible.

The role will primarily involve Saturday fixtures, Wednesday evening training sessions (approximately two hours), and occasional Monday evening injury clinics where required. There may also be occasional midweek fixtures depending on the team's schedule.
