Spire ERP Specialist & Business Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient junior accounting analyst supporting our accounting Leader leveraging our Spire ERP platform. This role will be responsible for maximizing the value of our Spire accounting platform by ensuring data integrity, providing meaningful reporting and analytics, supporting inventory and accounting processes, and delivering actionable business insights. You must consider yourself a proficient user of Spire and will be our internal subject matter expert supporting our Spire users.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary resource for Spire-related reporting, inventory controls, financial analysis, and business intelligence. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams, this role will transform operational and financial data into information that drives strategic decision-making and business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Spire ERP high proficiency user: Serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert for the Spire ERP platform.

· Key accounting support role to the accounting leader

· Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics derived from Spire data.

· Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of inventory, accounting, and operational data.

· Support inventory controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and month-end reporting processes.

· Identify opportunities for process automation, reporting improvements, and system enhancements.

· Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance across the business.

· Financial Planning \& Analysis: Generate monthly P\&L reporting and analysis for assigned portfolio(s).

· Prepare budget versus actual analyses, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting

· Process Improvement: Analyze existing finance, inventory, and reporting processes to identify efficiencies and improve accuracy.

· Leverage Spire, Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to improve business decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Any of the following: CPA, PEP, CB, RCB, Lean Six Sigma, 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with strong ERP experience in Spire or a comparable inventory-based platform.
• Solid understanding of inventory controls, reconciliations, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
