Specification & Pre-Sales Specialist – Sanitaryware Products

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 per month
UAE Driving License: Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for a Specification \& Pre-Sales Specialist to generate project opportunities by building relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers and getting products specified into projects.

Prior Product Experience in one or more of the following is mandatory:

• Operable / movable partitions
• Toilet cubicles / washroom systems
• Sanitaryware \& bathroom products
• Bathtubs
• Raised access flooring

Key Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming projects and specification opportunities.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, office visits and project visits.
• Present products and secure specifications and approvals.
• Generate direct project opportunities through developer relationships.
• Follow specifications through to enquiries and support order conversion.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of UAE experience in specification/pre-sales of the above products.
• Existing UAE network among architects, interior designers, consultants and/or developers.
• Proven ability to get products specified into projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, outgoing and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• French or Arabic is a plus.
