Specialty coffee barista

Job Title: Barista

Location: Costa Mesa

Pay: $18.50-20 hr plus tips ranging from $4-7/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated barista to join our team at a specialty coffee shop in North Laguna Beach. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in the third-wave coffee industry, is passionate about coffee, and has a willingness to learn and grow in their role.

Responsibilities: - Dial in single origins and espresso - Create beautiful latte art - Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace - Provide excellent customer service to our guests - Continuously improve skills and knowledge of the coffee industry Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience as a barista - Knowledge and experience in the third wave coffee industry - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth and development.
