Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Craft hot and cold drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) strictly adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide expert menu recommendations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and calibrate espresso machines and grinders throughout the shift.
- Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies of coffee beans, milk, and pastries to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
Essential Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Prior background in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
