The Specialist-Senior Virtualization Infrastructure is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and management of virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions to support the organization's IT operations; providing technical expertise and guidance in evaluating, selecting, and implementing virtualization and cloud solutions, ensuring the security, availability, performance, and scalability of the infrastructure. This role will also provide guidance and oversight to intermediate, and junior staff for deploying and maintaining virtualization and cloud infrastructure environments, gather quotes from vendors and participate in technology forecasting.
