A luxury beauty and wellness chain in Qatar is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist Trainer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has honed their craft in five-star hotel spas and is ready to step into a leadership position — shaping the skills and standards of the therapist team while still staying hands-on with clients.
What You'll Be Doing You'll deliver high-end spa treatments to guests while also training, mentoring, and upskilling the therapist team to meet luxury service standards.
This includes leading onboarding for new therapists, running refresher trainings on technique and protocol, and helping maintain the consistent, elevated guest experience the brand is known for. You'll work closely with spa management to keep training programs current and aligned with the latest treatments and trends.
