Spa Therapist / Spa Supervisor

Position 1: Spa Therapist

Remuneration: RM3,800 (Fixed) + 5% Commission

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar wellness role.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and standard spa therapies.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm, calming presence.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and professional spa treatments to clients.
• Maintain a clean, serene, and hygienic treatment environment at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and products are properly sanitized, stocked, and prepared before each session.
• Provide personalized aftercare recommendations to clients based on their needs.

Position 2: Spa Supervisor

Remuneration: RM4,500 (Fixed)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and uphold luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations on the floor to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.
• Manage, schedule, and support the spa therapist team.
• Handle client inquiries, manage feedback, and swiftly resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor daily inventory levels, coordinate maintenance, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols.
