Aura Wellness Club is a premium wellness destination offering exceptional health, fitness, spa and wellness experiences.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Spa Supervisor to join our Spa \& Wellness team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

The Role

Working closely with the Spa Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the spa, leading the team during your shifts and ensuring consistently high standards across service, cleanliness, safety and member experience.

You will be a visible and hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring the spa operates smoothly and that every member receives a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the spa team during allocated shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the Spa Manager in delivering departmental revenue and performance targets.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional member and guest service.
• Ensure treatment rooms and wellness facilities are presented and maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee the daily operation of treatment rooms, red light therapy, cryotherapy, hot/cold plunge, steam room, jacuzzi and experience showers.
• Monitor treatment bookings, therapist productivity and treatment room utilisation.
• Support the management of spa rotas, staffing and shift cover.
• Ensure all treatments and wellness experiences are delivered safely and professionally.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Ensure all operational checklists, SOPs and health \& safety procedures are followed.
• Handle member queries, feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the Spa Manager with stock control, product management and supplier requirements.
• Assist with staff training, coaching and development.
• Support the implementation of promotions, packages and initiatives designed to increase spa revenue.
• Complete opening, closing and shift handovers to ensure excellent communication between teams.
• Identify operational issues and take ownership of resolving them.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, safety and emergency procedures are followed.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, Assistant Spa Manager or similar.
• Experience working within a premium or luxury spa, hotel, health club or wellness environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer/member service skills.
• Good understanding of spa treatments and wellness experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience managing treatment room bookings and utilisation.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead a team.
• A genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will play an important role in establishing our spa standards, culture and member experience from the outset, working alongside the Spa Manager to create a world-class Spa \& Wellness operation.

Pay: From KD600.000 per month
