Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Perform AWS environment health checks and optimization reviews.
  • Review AWS architecture, security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage AWS Landing Zones and multi-account environments.
  • Implement and maintain IAM policies, roles, and security controls.
  • Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and related services.
  • Conduct security assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
  • Support upgrades, migrations, implementations, and decommissioning projects.
  • Analyze AWS usage and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support AWS billing governance, cost allocation, tagging, and reporting.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for AWS cloud adoption and operations.
  • Support AWS Marketplace procurement and service management activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
  • Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of AWS security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code experience.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of AWS cloud support and administration experience.
  • AWS Certified professional with at least three of the following certifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty

Good to Have

  • Experience with AWS Landing Zone implementations.
  • Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and serverless technologies.
  • Exposure to ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-company AWS environments.
  • Manage database services such as RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB etc.
