Solution Designer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from the initial inquiry through handover to project management
• Designing and optimizing customer-specific solutions using product-specific tools and AutoCAD
• Preparing presentations, quotes, and supplier requests, as well as project cost estimates and schedules
• Coordinating and documenting ongoing processes in consultation with the sales team and other departments
• Supporting marketing activities and assisting the sales team
• Preparing and tracking quotes, as well as supporting sales managers throughout the process
• Requesting quotes from subcontractors and third-party component suppliers

Your Profile

• Completed technical training with an interest in sales (mechanical engineering technician or equivalent position), or alternatively, business training with technical expertise
• Experience in sales assistance or internal sales support (does not necessarily have to be in intralogistics)
• Experience working with CRM tools and ERP systems (Navision, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365)
• Experience in project-based business is a plus
• AutoCAD skills—ideally with the Inventor environment
• Good written and spoken English skills
