Overview Program Overview: The "Ignite" Program for People with Disabilities is a developmental initiative aimed at providing firsthand real-life work experience in the corporate world while receiving mentorship from exceptional leaders.
The program's primary goal is to foster greater inclusion within both our organization and the broader community. It offers people with disabilities an opportunity to enhance their technical and interpersonal skills, thereby equipping them with a competitive edge for future employment opportunities, both within and outside of Microsoft, upon completion of the program.Participants will be assigned to project-based roles that contribute significantly to our business objectives and/or enhance current processes.

Role Overview: As a Solution Area Specialist Intern, you will support sales teams by helping identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and position Microsoft solutions to address real business challenges. You will work closely with Solution Specialists, Technical Specialists, and account teams to support pipeline development, customer engagement activities, and solution motion execution. Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to enterprise customers, cloud-based technologies, and modern sales processes while developing both technical and professional skills.
