Job Description

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Provide architecture and technical guidance for Microsoft security, compliance, collaboration, and endpoint management platforms.
• Lead technical solutioning workshops with stakeholders, business units, and engineering teams.
• Create high-level and low-level architecture designs, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to integrate Microsoft technologies across enterprise platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Create architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guidelines.
• Support cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support to engineering and operations teams.

Experience in architect and manage Microsoft solutions including:

• Microsoft M365 suite
• Microsoft Defender suite
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft Intune
• SharePoint Online security and governance
• Microsoft 365 security and compliance
• Microsoft Sentinel (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or cloud architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft M365 suite
• Microsoft Defender suite
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft Intune
• SharePoint Online security and governance
• Microsoft 365 security and compliance
• Experience architecting solutions in multi-cloud or hyperscaler enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of:

• Zero Trust architecture
• Identity \& Access Management (IAM)
• Conditional Access
• Cloud security frameworks
• Hybrid cloud architecture
• Experience with DevSecOps and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
• Proactive and adaptable to new technologies and operational requirements

• Professional and/or Technical Certifications (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
