Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing our web applications \& mobile applications (Android \& iOS) to ensure high quality, functionality, performance, and user experience before release.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UI/UX testing.
- Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing.
- Test REST APIs and verify API responses.
- Conduct mobile application testing on Android and iOS.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Execute automated regression and functional test suites.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and project managers.
- Analyze test results and provide clear reports on software quality.
- Participate in requirement reviews and identify potential issues before development.
- Perform testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
Requirements
- Experience in manualsoftware testing and QA.
- Practical experience with automationtesting.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with APItesting using tools such as Postman.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and status codes.
- Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Arabic language knowledge is a plus
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
