Software QA Tester - Telco Domain

1. About the Role

The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (I) role will be responsible for providing end-to end user/ business support for testing and quality assurance of the solution during project delivery. The QA is expected to:

 Test requirement analysis, test case writing, test report output to ensure test quality.

 To provide end-to-end user/ business support for the solution and application in project delivery.

 To assist and execute test cases for new application requirement.

 To troubleshoot and analyse application issue.

 To manage and deploy application fixes/version release into various test environment.

 To perform the testing and quality assurance tasks and test independently.

2. Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

 At least 3 Year(s) of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

 Experience with ERP systems, digital applications, and mobile applications.

 Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage.

 Understand the basic concept of Unix, Linux, programming, database and SQL.

 Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.

 Can-do attitude.s

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good communication skills in English

 Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage but not a must.

 Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

3. Reporting Structure

You shall be reporting to the QA manager or leader of the assigned project

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
