Responsibilities

  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

General Skills:

  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
  • Experience in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
  • Experience with one or more communications protocols
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
  • Experience with middleware and gateways
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
  • Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

This position is listed as “Onsite”; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Experience Requirements SIEBEL DEVELOPMENT SKILLS – 40 %

  • Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must

  • 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration

  • 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc

  • Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing

  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

  • Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset

REPORT DEVELOPMENT SKILLS – 35%

  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript

  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing

  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

SOFT SKILLS- 20%

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members

  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

  • Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change

  • Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE- 5%

  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

  • Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
