Software Architect – Ezy-Serve SaaS Solutions

Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with proven expertise in Ezy-Serve, Change-Ezy SaaS and SAP solutions. The ideal candidate must have led end-to-end implementation of Ezy-Serve SaaS solution with integration to SAP S/4 HANA. Web Application, mobile application development, architecture, and deployment in Field Service Mobility Solutions. This role requires extensive customer engagement, technical solutioning, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and optimization of the SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and optimize the Ezy-Serve, Service Delivery platform and Ezy-Day mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Own the full software lifecycle from conceptualization to go-live for Ezy-Serve mobility solutions.
• Drive the next-gen evolution of Ezy-Serve and Ezy-Day, enhancing performance, security, and scalability.
• Ensure seamless backend integration of Ezy-Day and the Ezy-Serve platform using RESTful services with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GEF and integration with ESRI ArcGIS.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, mentoring them on mobile app best practices.
• Drive implementation of SAP GEF on S/4 HANA integration with ESRI ArcGIS.
• Develop offline-capable mobile applications with advanced GIS integrations, including ESRI, SAP GEF, Mapbox, and OpenStreetMap.
• Act as a primary liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
• Conduct customer engagement workshops to gather requirements, provide demonstrations, and ensure seamless onboarding of SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to align Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions with existing enterprise applications.
• Monitor and support customer deployments, ensuring high availability, proactive issue resolution, and continual improvements.
• Spearhead mobile app security using authentication, encryption, and data protection best practices.
• Manage the scalability and performance optimization of Ezy-Serve and mobility solutions for large enterprise customers.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Ezy-Serve and Change-Ezy SaaS products, with multiple deployments.
• Proficiency in Android (Java), iOS (Swift), Angular WebApplication, and Restful Integration for enterprise field mobility applications.
• Strong experience in GIS mapping solutions within Ezy-Serve, S/4 HANA, Ezy-Day and ESRI ArcGIS.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in customer support, implementation, and SaaS product maintenance.
• Proven track record of integrating mobile apps with ERP and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, and cloud engineers.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in IoT-driven FSM applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integrations for Ezy-Serve solutions.
• Strong knowledge of serverless architectures, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
• Must have hands on experience in Ezy -Serve solutions and high-traffic FSM solutions with thousands of active users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
