HIRING \| Social Media Video Editor + Content Creator
We are hiring an in-house social media video editor + content creator to work for Harland \& Poston Group, a conglomerate focused on diverse industries such as real estate, residential and hospitality development, residency and citizenship by investment and property management.
Are you a creative individual who loves social media and creating original video content?
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can create innovative video solutions that make complex business topics engaging.
What will you be doing?
→ Create video content for our social media channels (Reels and YouTube Shorts).
→ Develop a social media plan for each business/industry on a monthly basis.
→ Capture high-quality video of our real estate listings or project development progress.
→ Develop innovative video formats to grow our following and maintain engagement.
→ Track KPIs and social media metrics for each business.
→ Create video advertising campaigns for Google/YouTube, and social media channels (Meta/TikTok/Eurostaffs/X).
You will be working collaboratively with our in-house marketing department and the social media manager to plan and execute video content for our social channels. Applicants must have experience in videography, photography, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and/or CapCut. Experience in graphic design and related tools is desirable.

Where will you work?
Our main headquarters office is located between Avenida da Liberdade and Praça da Alegria. Our office hours are from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. This role is a full-time position.
