Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence.

This role is ideal for someone who can take an idea and turn it into engaging, high-quality content — from concept development, filming and editing to copywriting, publishing and performance tracking.

You should be comfortable working independently, identifying content opportunities, keeping up with current social media trends, and using AI-powered tools to improve creativity, efficiency and content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks and other engaging social media content
• Film and coordinate video content when required
• Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Use AI tools to assist with content ideation, scripting, copywriting, editing, research and content optimisation
• Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines and calls-to-action
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags and social media strategies
• Identify new content opportunities and trends relevant to the brand
• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms
• Monitor engagement, reach and content performance
• Analyse results and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement and audience growth
• Maintain a consistent, professional and premium brand image
• Work closely with the team to understand upcoming projects, listings, campaigns and marketing priorities
• Take ownership of the complete content workflow from concept to publication
• Continuously explore new creative tools, platforms and AI technologies that can improve the content creation process

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Good video filming, editing and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes social media content engaging
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for tasks such as brainstorming, scripting, copywriting, research, image/video generation or content optimisation
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to independently generate fresh and relevant content ideas
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of visual presentation and branding
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media work

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or personal branding
• Experience creating property tours, talking-head videos, walkthroughs or promotional Reels
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI or similar platforms
• Experience using AI to streamline and improve content production workflows
• Comfortable directing or appearing in videos
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats

Work Arrangement

Position: Part-Time / Full-Time
Location: Singapore / Remote
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
