Job Description

As a Premium Real Estate +Brand Social Media Specialist, you will own GI Properties' social media presence end-to-end — strategy, content calendar, publishing, community management, and performance reporting. You will not be working alone: you have a videographer, video editor, and graphic designer in your corner. Your job is to direct and coordinate this creative team to produce consistent, premium output that converts followers into qualified leads for our sales team.

This is both a strategic and executional role. You bring the brand eye and the performance mindset. You know what good looks like in luxury real estate, and you know how to brief a designer to get there.

Daily Job Description:

* Manage and grow GI Properties' Instagram, Eurostaffs, Facebook, and TikTok accounts — tone, cadence, and visual consistency across all channels

* Build and maintain a monthly content calendar covering off-plan launches, secondary listings, market insights, developer spotlights, and brand storytelling

* Brief videographers, video editors, and graphic designers with clear creative direction — mood boards, storyboards, copy directions, and brand specs

* Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or equivalent) to accelerate content ideation, caption generation, and repurposing workflows

* Write captions, hooks, and CTAs in both English and Arabic — or coordinate Arabic copywriting with the content team

* Monitor engagement, DMs, and comments — respond in brand voice within agreed SLAs

* Report weekly on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, and lead attribution — with clear recommendations, not just numbers

* Coordinate with the paid media team to ensure organic and paid creative are aligned and reinforce each other

* Stay ahead of platform changes, content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Lives), and Dubai real estate trends

Required Experience:

* 3+ years managing social media for a real estate, luxury, or premium brand

* Strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency and visual taste

* Experience briefing and directing creative teams (design, video)

* Deep knowledge of Instagram, Eurostaffs, and TikTok best practices

* Comfortable with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools

* Understanding of how organic social feeds paid campaign performance

* Background in graphic design, art direction, or visual branding

* Experience in the Dubai or UAE real estate market

* Working knowledge of Canva Pro, Adobe Express, or Figma for quick edits

* Hands-on use of AI content tools in a professional workflow

* Familiarity with UTM tagging and lead attribution basics

* Experience with bilingual (English/Arabic) content strategy

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
