About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, energetic and ambitious Social Media, Marketing \& Events Manager to join padel bonito.

This is an exciting, hands on role for someone who loves social media, marketing, events and bringing people together. You'll play a key role in growing our brand, attracting new customers, increasing club engagement and delivering an exciting calendar of events.

This is a fully on-site position, and we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy, sociable venue. As part of the wider team, you'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues across the bar, kitchen and general venue operations during particularly busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Eurostaffs channels.
- Create engaging content, including reels, videos, photography and promotional campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings, memberships and brand awareness.
- Plan, promote and manage club tournaments, social events, corporate bookings and special occasions.
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers and potential sponsors.
- Develop creative campaigns to attract new customers and build a thriving padel community.
- Monitor marketing performance, event success and commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with the venue team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide hands on support to bar and kitchen team members during busy periods, assisting with service and general operational duties where required.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional and energetic club environment.

About You:
- Experience in social media, marketing, content creation or event management.
- Creative, organised and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable creating and editing video content for social media.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, hands on approach.
- A genuine team player who is happy to help wherever needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and leisure environment.
- Passionate about sport, hospitality, events or community building.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.

Experience within the sports, leisure or hospitality industry would be advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
