Job Description
Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy for our iconic Oaks Hotels, Resorts \& Suites and Avani Hotels brands across Australasia.
This role will shape how our brands show up across social platforms, driving audience growth, engagement, brand awareness and commercial outcomes through innovative content and strategic thinking.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, identify emerging trends and build social communities that genuinely connect with audiences.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of PR \& Communications, you'll own the end-to-end social media strategy across multiple hotel brands, ensuring each brand maintains a distinctive and engaging presence while supporting broader marketing and commercial objectives.
You'll work closely with Brand, PR, Creative, Commercial and hotel teams to develop social-first campaigns, create engaging content and identify opportunities to grow our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms.
